Miami Valley youth ages 4-12 have another football option in the spring thanks to Flag Football Fanatics. Registration starts in March for boys and girls wanting to play flag football. Weeknight practices start in March and Sunday afternoon games will begin in April and continue through May. Top teams will represent the Miami Valley playing in a state championship game. Families can register their children and pay the $89 fee through the Flag Football Fanatics website at www.ohioflagfootball.com. Every player receives an authentic NFL youth reversible jersey, an NFL Flag belt, a NFL "Certificate of Excellence" and an individual Trophy. All volunteer coaches must register at the website.
